# About StackRadar

StackRadar is a dependency management platform built by SIA StackRadar, a company registered in Riga, Latvia. It is founder-led: Martins Sipenko writes the posts, answers the mail, and runs the walkthroughs.

## Why it exists

Dependency work is the maintenance nobody schedules. Scanners produce lists, update bots produce pull requests, and both stop at the same wall: the change that needs someone to write code. What is left rots in a queue, gets rediscovered by the next tool, and turns into an emergency the week a CVE lands in something three majors behind.

StackRadar takes that work instead of reporting it. One ranked backlog across the tools you already run, noise closed with reasons you can read and reverse, and agents that write the upgrade a fix needs so your CI can judge it and your policy can merge it.

## How we work

StackRadar maintains its own repositories with StackRadar. Observe mode is the default for everyone, ours included: nothing merges until a policy says it may. Features that are not ready for every account carry a label on https://stackradar.com/features.md rather than implying they are live for you.

We hold no certifications yet, and https://stackradar.com/security.md says so in plain words alongside the access scopes, data handling, and reporting address.
